Hi Tammy,

Wanted to give you a great big thank you for our wonderful trip to Bahia Principe Punta Cana.

The resort was absolutely marvelous. We were checked in like VIP’s. Originally our rooms were on the second floor and because of the note on our reservation, Iriana had them change it to the ground floor and we had adjoining rooms with the other couple. Patio overlooking the pool. This was a great area for my husband as he did not have to walk far to the pool. We asked and received a wheelchair for our time there as the complex was so big he would never have made the walking.

The staff was very friendly and courteous and we just hated to leave on Saturday.

Loved the place and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Hi Kim,

We just returned from our trip to Florida. I wanted to say thank you for your help with booking our fabulous vacation villa at Calypso Cay! Our 2 bedroom looked exactly like the photos you sent me. It was a fresh, newer unit and excellent pools, plus very close to Disney World. I am not sure if all the units were this fantastic, but for future bookings, unit 208 in building 223 was the best! When I checked the reviews for Calypso Cay, they were very mixed but the Villas were a great deal. No problems with anything. Also, the front desk will give you an iron and hair dryer to use for the week at no charge unless you don’t return them when you check out. Ironing board is in the room.

Our 7 day Western Caribbean cruise on the Crown Princess was wonderful. Many thanks to Janice for all of her help with this booking. She did a great job in coordinating our booking with our friend's booking so that we would all dine together, and be near each other on the ship. She always goes that extra mile when we cruise.

Please forgive this way-too informal communication, but I wanted to send you both a HUGE thank you from me and my entire family.

Our weekend at the Majestic Mountain Pool Lodge was absolutely fantastic, and the Majestic Mountain crew was so wonderful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Jamie, I'm sorry I didn't get to meet with you in-person, but my niece couldn't say enough good things about you. :-) Thank you for all your help above-and-beyond.

My thanks as well to Tracy and Crystal, as well as Norm, their speedy, on-the-spot maintenance expert who made it possible for us to give that monster grill a good workout.

We're already looking forward to the 2011 sequel, so I'm sure I'll be back in touch before too ling.

We are long on travel clubs as that is our passion. When I called to update information on Go Grand Getaways, I casually mentioned that we were having a wedding in San Diego August 6-13 2010, and needed accommodations located as closely as possible to the downtown area. When you called to inform us of your find, I was in pure shock, never expecting that you could offer the World Mark Mission Hills condos. Although it is much more pricey than we had planned, we realize that to locate 5 two bedroom units in one facility with kitchens, within 15 minutes of major attractions, was a winner. With 12 timeshares with RCI and II, we had checked with them and there was nothing. Kudos!!!

Our "fussy" children were pleased with your selection for us. A wedding is a special occasion and we are delighted with the end result.

Lew, through our phone contacts, we have made a friend--- although living in Sarasota--a lovely city---you have helped to make this family occasion a dream because of your effort.

I just wanted to tell you, after many months how much my family and I enjoyed our vacation last summer at Branson, MO. The condo at Stonebridge Resort Village was just great. The location was quiet and beautiful. The grandkids had a nearby pool to enjoy all week long and the location was perfect, just down the road from Silver Dollar City. I had saved some pictures to send you but then I was unable to find an address for Go Grand Getaways. I don't know how to send pictures from the e-mail but my daughter, Laura, said sometime she will help me do that. We are thinking about taking a trip to Tennessee this summer. If you know about any condos at Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, Tennessee, you can let us know. I hope hope you had a nice Christmas and are doing well. We have had snow here in Arkansas for the past few days. It is pretty cold and I am enjoying the thoughts of Spring and the warm weather returning. Have a great day!
